How to send cold emails that people actually love?
Most people don’t want to work on cold email or cold outreach, but if you work and present it in a better way, you can book calls and get customers.
How do most people do it? They find an email address and directly send offers and services.
When you try to sell to someone directly, it looks salesy. Instead, you need to provide them with some value first and not expect that people will buy from you directly.
Make it like a funnel.
First, provide them with some free stuff that they can use for their business, and include a call to action (CTA) that can convert them into a friend.
Once you have a relationship with them, then you can try to tell them about your offer.
for example your first email: –
Hello [Name],
I hope this email finds you well. We are excited to offer you a free template that we have successfully used to boost our product sales. Using this template, we were able to generate $89,000 in sales, with an impressive 20% conversion rate.
Our premium funnel is constantly updated and refined to ensure it remains the best in its niche. If you are interested in using this high-converting template for your business, simply reply to this email, and we will send it to you at no cost.
Additionally, we understand that implementing a new theme can be challenging, so we are also providing a free video tutorial to guide you through the process.
We look forward to helping you achieve success in your business!
Best regards, [Your Name]
After you receive some replies, send them your template and guide them on how to install the theme.
Once you have their email, research their competitors and send them a good proposal.
Remember, you don’t need to send a direct proposal with service prices and offerings.
Instead, provide an overview of what their competitors do to make more money and how your service can help them.
Include a call to action (CTA) for booking a call. When they see your efforts, they can appreciate them and book a call.
If you convince them during the call, you can win the game.
It’s important to find your dream customer first before sending emails like this.
You need to give them what they want.
- They want competitor research,
- they want to grow their business,
- they want more income,
- and you can help them in this journey.
If you want to pitch directly, try sending a personalized email about their business to grab their attention.
For example, if you promote video editing services, download one of their videos, edit it, and send it back for them to watch.
Once they see your efforts, they may call you directly, and then you can make them an offer.
you can simply send a message like this –
Hello [Name],
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the valuable content you create. I watch your videos daily and have learned so much from them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
As a token of my appreciation, I have taken the liberty of re-editing one of your videos. I am a video editor by profession, and I wanted to offer this as a gift to you. If you like the edited video, please let me know by replying to this email.
Thank you once again for your valuable content and for inspiring others in the field.
Best regards, [Your Name]
ou can get a reply from this person if you take efforts with them, and they can’t ignore you.
This technique always works.
If you are a better editor, you can get work from them. If not, they can be in your network and refer your service to others.
You win in this situation and get the client by putting in more effort.
If you put efforts in the wrong direction, like getting bulk emails and sending them one by one, they may reject you.
I used this technique and always failed.
This approach no longer works because competition is high, and most people don’t want to put effort into their work.
